I first met Clare when I produced to her my very untidy Lhasa Apso. I had been let down by a socalled professional dog groomer resulting in my poor pooch being knotted and matted so badly it was hard to tell what breed he actually was. Clare went out of her way to fit him in for me at short notice and I was worried that he was so bad he would need to be completely shaved to get the matts out. Clare took a great deal of time and effort to groom him and amazingly transform him and cut him exactly how I wanted him. I was so impressed with how she not only dealt with me but how she dealt with my dog that I have recommended her to all my friends. I for one would be lost without her looking after my dog."
