Thank you so much, Charlie has been through a lot and other groomers have had a hard time with him. He has been attacked twice by Rottweilers and therefore horrible visits to vets, he has associated other Groomers with those experiences I think. Took him to meet Clare and her team, he was in heaven with the doggy smells and the space to sniff around. Took him for a haircut today, he couldn't wait to get in and when I picked him up I got there early and watched them finish him off. Absolutely no sign of stress from him or Clare, such a relief. booked him in for next groom. Can't praise them enough.
